Some things to keep in mind when using PAT:

• When PAT give out balance information, it will only give you the actual balance, not the available balance. The balance you are told doesn't not necessarily mean that the entire amount is available to you.
• You must use a touch tone phone to use this service. You cannot use PAT with a rotary phone.
